The company already had comprehensive documents for internal communication, but wanted a new approach to engage their teams in a more compelling way. They decided on video as the quickest, most effective way of helping their employees integrate key messages around the innovative product and the context in which it was used.
The challenge lay in turning internal knowledge and objectives into useful digital assets. This was the client’s first attempt to translate the value of their product from written document to visual resource. They needed a partner with specialist expertise to distil complex information into digestible content and the creative capacity to craft impactful videos.

Solution
SciencePOD worked with the client to design a video series for optimal engagement across their marketing teams.
We proposed a series of ten 2D video animations (approx. 1.5 mins each), with bespoke animation, music, voiceovers and captions. These would be suitable for consumption as standalone videos and as a cohesive series, with each video covering a different key topic. The client agreed with our recommendation.
Each script was written and edited by medical content experts and supported by engaging explanatory visuals. The client was shown a mood board with several visual styles to choose from in line with the client’s expressed preference for colourful visuals. The resulting animations were creative, clear, memorable and impactful, allowing Market Access teams to understand and retain crucial information.
